What you need

cup rice chex

cup unsweetened almond milk

tbsp vanilla protein powder

cup brewed coffee

tbsp reduced fat cream cheese

cup quick oats
Instructions
0 Whisk oats, cereal, protein powder, milk and coffee in a microwave-safe bowl or mug.Taste and add sweetener if needed. 2 Microwave 1½-2 minutes until top is mostly cooked (only the center will be soft).Let cool slightly. 3 In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, milk and protein powder until smooth.Add sweetener if needed. 5 Pour cream cheese mix on top of oats. 6 Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and enjoy!View original recipe
