What you need

cup chocolate protein powder

cup vanilla protein powder

tbsp coconut flour

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tsp baking soda
cup warm water
cup unsweetened applesauce

tbsp lemon juice

tsp vanilla extract

cup nonfat greek yogurt

tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8"x4" loaf pan with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl, whisk flour, chocolate protein powder, unflavored protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together hot water, applesauce, butter, lemon juice and vanilla. 3 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the cake dense. 5 Pour batter into pan, bake for 45 minutes.A tester inserted into the center should come out clean but moist. 7 Let cool for 10 minutes, transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. Chocolate Frosting: 9 In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder until smooth. 10 Spread on cooled cake. 11 Cut into 8 slices.View original recipe
