What you need
egg

tbsp vanilla protein powder

tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa

cup nonfat greek yogurt
tbsp whey protein

oz filo pastry

cup unsweetened almond milk

slice whole wheat bread

pinch stevia

tbsp pistachio pudding mix
Instructions
0 In a large shallow bowl or container whisk together milk, egg, vanilla protein powder. 1 Place sliced bread in mixture and let soak for about 1 minute. Flip, and soak other side for another minute. 2 Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-low and spray with cooking spray. 3 Place soaked bread on pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook other side for another 2 minutes.Cook one slice at a time if using a small skillet. Make Chocolate Spread: 6 In a bowl combine yogurt, chocolate protein powder and cocoa powder. Make Pistachio Kataifi Mix: 8 Heat a nonstick pan and lightly toast kataifi. 9 Add in pistachio cream and mix. Assemble: 11 Place one slice of french toast on plate.
