0 Make Protein Milk: In a large shallow dish, whisk milk, protein powder and cocoa powder. 1 Make Protein Frosting: In a bowl mix Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder and cocoa powder. 2 Dip rice cake in protein milk and let soak a few seconds each side. Transfer into large ramekin. 3 Spread half protein frosting (smoothen with back of spatula or spoon) 4 Repeat with second rice cake + remaining milk and frosting. 5 Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. 6 Top with a dusting of cocoa power (use sieve) and sprinkles.View original recipe
