What you need

cup vanilla protein powder

cup powdered peanut butter

cup coconut flour

tbsp baking powder
cup unsweetened applesauce

cup non-fat greek yogurt

cup unsweetened almond milk

tbsp peanut butter

egg nog

oz m&m candy
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8" x 4" loaf pan with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl, mix flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, almond/peanut butter powder, coconut flour and baking powder. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together applesauce, yogurt, almond milk, almond butter and eggs. 3 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until combined.DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the bread dense. 5 Add in candy coated pieces and gently fold until combined; Do not over-mix. 6 Pour half batter into prepared loaf pan.Lay out peeps marshmallows on batter.Cover with remaining batter. 9 Bake for 55-60 minutes (covering with 30 minutes).A toothpick inserted into center should come out dry. 11 Cool for 15 minutes, then remove from pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, about 30 minutes and cut into 12 slicesView original recipe
