Zucchini Egg Nests
Serves 210 mins prep25 mins cook
Another reason I love summer: It's Zucchini season! 🥒 These Zucchini Egg Nests make a great breakfast, or lunch, or even dinner!🍳 I for one would take a sunny side up in a crispy cozy nest any time of day. Oh, and this even makes the cut for low carb, whole30, keto, paleo.... for all of those on strict diets.
