Waffle Omelette
Serves 25 mins prep10 mins cook
The real reason I made this Waffle Omelette? I wanted a decent photo, and my Omelette-flipping skills are very hit-or-miss 😅 A waffle iron makes things a lot easier and cleaner too! Just combine all your ingredients and pour that mix in there. No need to worry about when to add the toppings so they cook right or having to wait for that perfect moment to flip the egg but still breaking it while you're at it! 🍳
