What you need

cup almond milk

cup almond butter

tbsp flaxseed meal

tbsp coconut oil

tsp vanilla extract

cup almond flour

cup coconut flour

tbsp baking powder

tsp cinnamon

cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F, line 9-cup muffin pan and lightly spray insides with cooking spray or coconut oil. 2 In a large bowl, roughly mash banana with a fork. 3 Add milk, almond butter, flax, oil and vanilla extract, and stir to combine. 4 In a medium bowl, combine and uniformly mix flours, baking powder and cinnamon. 5 Add dry ingredients to wet, and stir until uniform. Batter will be thick. 6 Fold in chocolate chips, reserving a few. 7 Divide batter equally among muffin cups and top with remaining chocolate chips. 8 Bake for about 30 minutes, a toothpick inserted into center will come out clean. 9 Let muffins sit 15 minutes before removing form pan.View original recipe
