What you need

tsp olive oil

cup cauliflower

tsp lemon juice

tsp garam masala

tsp coriander

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp cumin
tsp salt

tsp oil
tsp fresh ginger

tsp turmeric

tsp red chili powder

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp cardamom

tbsp red bell pepper

cup tomato paste

cup water

cup coconut milk
Instructions
Roast cauliflower: 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. 2 Chop cauliflower into bite-size pieces, about 1½” each. 3 In a small bowl, combine spices. 4 Toss cauliflower in oil, lemon juice and spices until coated evenly. 5 Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 12 minutes until lightly browned and cooked. Cook Sauce: 1 Pour oil over medium heated pot or saucepan and fry onion until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. 2 Add ginger and garlic and fry another 30 seconds. 3 Add spices, mix and fry for a minute until fragrant. 4 Add bell pepper and mix. 5 Stir in tomato paste and water, and simmer for about 5 minutes. 6 Add in yogurt, milk and salt and simmer another 5 minutes. Combine: 1 Add roasted cauliflower, stir and cook another 3-4 minutes. 2 Garnish with cilantro and serve!View original recipe
