0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. 1 In a small bowl, combine flaxseed meal and water and let rest 5 minutes. 2 In a bowl combine flour, vanilla protein powder, peanut butter protein powder, peanut butter powder and baking powder. 3 Add in flaxseed mixture, applesauce, peanut butter and almond milk (little at a time) and mix to form dough. 4 Divide into 12 portions and roll into balls - about 1” wide. 5 In a bowl, combine granulated sugar alternative, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.Roll cookies in mixture and place on baking sheet (about 2” apart). 7 Bake for 6 minutes until lightly browned. 8 Immediately press 1 Hershey’s kisses chocolate in center of each cookie (cookie will crack around the edges). 9 Transfer from cookie sheet to cooling rack to cool.View original recipe
