What you need

tsp lemon juice

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tbsp cilantro

tsp ground coriander

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp fresh parsley

pinch salt

tbsp cucumber

tsp cumin powder

cup dried chickpeas

tbsp onion

cup cauliflower

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp garlic
Instructions
Soak chickpeas in a bowl of water for 24 hours. Place all the falafel ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture is coarse. Shape falafel mixture into small balls using hands. Air-fry for about 12 minutes at 375°F until golden brown and crisp, or bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Combine all ingredients for the Tzatziki sauce together in a bowl and serve with falafels!View original recipe
