cup plain flour

tbsp cashew butter

cup almond butter

tsp baking soda

cup strawberry jam

cup protein powder
Instructions
0 Grease or line 2 8” x 8” baking dishes (or 1 square + 2 loaf pans) with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl, whisk vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, flour, almond butter powder and baking soda. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients - yogurt, applesauce, milk, cashew butter and vanilla. 3 Add wet mix to dry, whisk lightly for 7-8s and then gently fold with spatula until just combined.DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the bars gummy. 5 Divide batter into 2 pans and spread evenly.Spread jam evenly on top of batter in one pan. 7 Place pans in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. 8 Preheat oven to 350°F. 9 Place frozen base on top of strawberry layer 10 Bake for about 25-30 minutes.Top should be set and toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly dry - just a bit moist (will cook in pan as cooling). 11 Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. Frosting: 13 Let bars cool completely. 14 In a bowl, mix protein powder and milk until smooth.Spread over cooled bars. 16 Cut into 16 bars and serve!View original recipe
