What you need
cup chicken breast

cup broccoli

tbsp green onion

tbsp green bell pepper

tbsp red bell pepper

tbsp non-fat greek yogurt

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp chili powder

tsp cumin

tsp onion powder

tsp black pepper

tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 325°F, or use an Air-Fryer. 2 Pierce sweet potato with a fork, microwave for 5 minutes, and then mash. 3 Pulse broccoli in a food processor and until finely ground into “rice” form, or grate. 4 Finely chop the cooked chicken. 5 Blend spices together in a bowl. 6 Combine the mashed sweet potato, veggies, chicken and spices, mix well. Adjust the amount of spices if needed. 7 Add the greek yogurt and mix until smooth. 8 Divide the mixture into 4 parts, and use your hands to shape into flattened balls. 9 Air-Fry at 350°F for 15 minutes (or bake in the oven for 20 minutes) until golden brown. 10 In a small bowl, stir together ingredients for the sauce. 11 Dip patties in sauce or assemble as burgers and enjoy.View original recipe
