What you need

tbsp almond milk

tsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

tbsp chopped pecans

tsp almond flour

tsp dark brown sugar

tsp butter
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 1-cup (8oz) ramekin or oven-safe dish with cooking spray. 2 Place bacon on cold skillet or nonstick pan, heat to medium and fry for about 8-10 minutes until both sides are crispy. 3 Transfer to plate lined with paper towel and press. Let cool and chop into pieces. Set aside. 4 In a large bowl combine mashed sweet potato, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Use an electric hand mixer to beat until smooth. 5 Transfer to ramekin or small baking dish. 6 In another bowl, mix chopped bacon, pecans, almond flour and brown sugar substitute. 7 And melted butter and use a fork to form heavy crumbs. 8 Evenly sprinkle topping on top of sweet potato. 9 Bake for 25-30 minutes until top is slightly golden brown.View original recipe
