1 Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 6-cavity donut pan with cooking spray to grease. 2 In a bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, black cocoa, coconut flour, zero calorie sweetener and baking powder 3 In a large bowl whisk applesauce, egg whites and yogurt. 4 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until combined. Battery should be thick and gooey. 5 Divide mixture evenly among donut pan cavities, filling about ⅔-¾ way up. 6 Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the donut comes out dry. 7 Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool. Glaze: 1 In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder and almond milk. 2 Dip donuts in glaze, move around to coat, remove and set down on cooling rack (dry side down). 3 Top with crushed Oreo or sandwich cookie.View original recipe
