What you need

cup broccoli

tbsp red bell pepper

cup cucumber

cup carrot

tbsp onion

tbsp greek yogurt

tsp lemon juice

tsp dijon mustard
tsp dried oregano

tsp dried chives

tsp pepper
Instructions
1 Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside. 2 Place broccoli and carrots in a bowl, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave on high for 1½ minute until tender. 3 Toss pasta, tuna and veggies a large bowl. 4 In a small bowl combine ingredients for the dressing. 5 Add dressing to salad and stir to combine. 6 Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.View original recipe
