What you need

tsp olive oil
oz firm tofu

tsp chili powder

tsp cumin

tsp paprika
tsp oregano

tsp garlic powder

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp black pepper
tsp salt

tbsp tapioca starch

cup red cabbage

cup green cabbage

tbsp lemon juice
tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp cilantro

cup coconut milk

tbsp green onion

tsp jalapeno pepper
tsp garlic
Instructions
Prep: 1 Tofu: Arrange tofu between 5-6 paper towels and press down with heavy pots/pans. Let drain for 30 min. 2 Slaw: Toss all ingredients in a bowl, massage with hands for a few minutes and set aside. 3 Sauce: Process ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 4 Peppers: Cook peppers in nonstick skillet over medium in a few drops of oil, or water. Cook Tofu: 1 Cut into ½” cubes and transfer to large bowl. 2 Toss with spices until evenly coated. 3 Add tapioca starch to bowl and toss until each piece is completely coated. 4 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium and add tofu. Cook 2-3 min, flip and cook other side 2-3 min until lightly golden and crispy. Don’t let tofu pieces touch each other or they will stick. Assemble: 1 Warm the tortillas on a skillet or microwave. 2 Place slaw, tofu and veggies on tortillas, dividing equally. 3 Add dollops of sauce and dig in!View original recipe
