What better way to bring in the New Year than with Soft and chewy Chocolate Chunk Tahini Cookies. They're made with tahini and rolled oats, have a nicely rich and earthy flavor. Best part though, is that they don’t require any chilling, meaning you’re half an hour closer to eating dessert! These cookies are vegan and packed with chocolate chunks.

Instructions
Stir tahini, milk, sweetener and vanilla in a large bowl until uniform. In a small bowl, combine oats, flour and cinnamon. Add the dry mix to the wet ingredients and stir. Fold in chocolate chunks. Scoop out dough 1½ - 2 Tbsp at a time onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and flatten into shape. Bake at 350°F for about 11 minutes. Cool and enjoy!View original recipe
