cup flour

cup almond butter

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp cream of tartar

tsp baking soda

tbsp monk fruit extract

0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” x 8” baking dish with parchment paper. 1 In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients: vanilla protein powder, flour, almond/peanut butter powder, unflavored protein powder, cinnamon, cream of tartar and baking soda. 3 In a large bowl, whisk wet ingredients: Greek yogurt, applesauce, almond milk, almond butter and brown sugar. 5 Add wet mix to dry, and gently fold until combined.Don’t overmix or the blondies will turn out too dense. 7 Transfer batter into pan and spread evenly. 8 Cinnamon-sugar topping:Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.Sprinkle evenly on top of blondie batter. 10 Bake for 28-30 minutes or until the top is set.Toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly dry, with only a few crumbs. 12 Remove from oven and let cool completely.Slice into 16 pieces.View original recipe
