Incredible S’mores Protein Cookie Dough complete with mini marshmallows, chocolate and grahams. This s’mores cookie dough uses oat flour and protein powder, for a healthy, gluten free no bake dessert.

What you need

2 tbsp oat flour

4 tbsp vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp coconut flour

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp mini marshmallows

1 tsp chocolate chips
Instructions
0 Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix - oat flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and coconut flour. 1 Add almond milk - little at a time - and mix well.Use more or less milk depending on how runny you want it. 3 Add mini marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers, and mix.View original recipe
