Smoky Sweet Potato Fries

Smoky Sweet Potato Fries are going to be your hamburger’s new best friend. They're nice and crispy and tossed in a paprika-garlic seasoning to give it that smoky flavor. Sure to disappear off the table even quicker than regular fries would! This recipe is not only delicious, but also healthy and really easy too! Since the fries are baked or air-fried, they don't really need much oil to achieve that ideal combination of crisp & tender. And in terms of easiness, all you need to do is cut, toss with oil & seasonings, bake, shake, and bake. Simple!

- Preheat oven (if using) to 425°F. - Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ¼” thick fry-shaped pieces. - Transfer to a large bowl, add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and mix well until properly coated. - Place fries in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 15 min, shake basket, and cook for another 15 min until crispy. If using oven, place fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet sheet and bake for 20 min, flip using tongs, and bake for another 20 min. - Season with some more spices of desired, and serve hot!View original recipe
