What you need

tsp chili powder

tsp paprika

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp ground clove

tsp onion powder

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Chop the tomatoes into large chunks and puree in a food processor until a paste forms. - Transfer to a small pot on medium heat, bring to a boil then cover and turn heat to low and simmer. - When the tomatoes start to thicken, add the spices, sweetener and vinegar and mix until uniform. - Simmer for about 10 minutes until thick (stop sooner or later depending on how thin you want it). - Taste and add extra cayenne pepper or sweetener as needed. - Let it cool down and pulse it in a food processor for about 1 minute until smooth.
