0 Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a large ramekin. 1 Cut bread into 1" cubes. 2 In a blender, combine protein powder, almond milk, eggs, egg whites and cinnamon.Transfer into a bowl. 4 Add bread slices and gently mix (using large spoon) to coat well. 5 Transfer bread mix into ramekin.Pour remaining liquid in. 7 Bake for 20-25 minutes (cover with foil after 12 minutes) until mixture is set upto the top; Bread should be slightly crisp on top, tester inserted in should come out dry. 8 Let cool a few minutes, top with berries and maple syrup and serve.View original recipe
