cup zucchini

tsp black pepper

tsp lemon juice

cup artichoke hearts
tbsp nut butter
tsp fresh garlic
Instructions
Make sauce: Combine nut butter with water, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Spread the sauce over the crust with the back of a spoon or brush. Sprinkle on a few tablespoons of shredded cheese. Evenly spread the artichoke hearts and zucchini. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes (the cheese should be bubbly and crust browned).View original recipe
