Rocky Road Protein Baked Oats are a delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack. Healthy rocky road oatmeal is made with rolled oats, protein powder, almond milk, and has your favorite ice cream toppings: marshmallow and almonds.

What you need

cup rolled oats

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tsp vanilla extract

tsp baking powder

tbsp mini marshmallows

tsp slivered almonds
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a ramekin or oven-safe dish (cooking spray or oil) 1 Combine all ingredients (except mix-ins) in a blender - oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract and baking powder. 2 Blend until smooth - about 15 seconds. 3 Pour ⅔ mixture into the ramekin/dish.Add half mini marshmallows.Cover with remaining mixture. 4 Top with almonds and remaining marshmallows. 5 Bake for about 25 minutes.View original recipe
