1 In a bowl, mix oat flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and coconut flour. 2 Add almond milk and red food color and mix.Add more milk if the mix is too dry or coconut flour if the mix is too wet. 3 Divide into 8 portions. 4 Roll into balls. Chocolate: 1 Mix in: Add into dough before dividing and rolling. 2 Coat: Chop into small bits and roll balls in to coat. 3 Drizzle: Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a shallow bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds - at 15 second intervals - until it’s completely melted.
