0 Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish. 1 In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, black cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour. 2 Add applesauce and milk (little at a time) to form a dough. 3 Transfer to pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread. Cream Cheese Layer: 5 In a large bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric hand mixer or paddle attachment of stand mixer until smooth; About 30 seconds.Add Greek yogurt and beat again until combined. 7 Beat in vanilla protein powder, scraping down the sides if needed. 8 Add milk - little at a time - until spreadable, but thick. 9 Spread over base. Pudding: 11 In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, chocolate instant pudding, and milk until smooth. 12 Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached. 13 Spread over cream cheese layer. Topping: 15 Spread cool whip on top of pudding and top with crushed chocolate grahams or cereal. 17 Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge. 16 Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.View original recipe
