Kickstart your week with this Quinoa, Oatmeal and Protein Powder cereal, and say goodbye to those Monday blues! Top it with caramelized apples for a little something sweet, and maybe some almonds for those healthy fats?

Instructions
Place quinoa and oats together in a bowl, and add the protein powder. Stir gently with folding motions (you don't want to make it mushy!) while gradually adding the water/almond milk. Re-heat in the microwave on high for about 30 seconds. To caramelize the apples, heat a skillet on medium and lightly spray(1-2) with cooking spray. Slice the apple into thin wedges and place on pan. Cook about 4 minutes or until golden brown, gently flip to other side and cook for another minute.View original recipe
