A pretty amazing Protein Strawberry Crunch Cake for a healthy single serving dessert! This strawberry protein mug cake has a no bake strawberry crunch crumble topping and is low carb, gluten free and has no added sugar!

0 Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin. 1 In a blender, combine strawberry and almond milk until pureed. 2 In a bowl, whisk vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, coconut flour and baking powder. 3 Add pureed strawberry, egg white, maple syrup and vanilla, and stir until combined. Batter should be smooth and thick. 4 Taste batter and add sweetener if needed. 5 Pour batter into ramekin, bake for 15-17 minutes. 6 Top should be set. 7 Let cool.
