1 Preheat oven to 350°F and grease round 7” pan with. 2 In a large bowl, combine protein pancake mix, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and baking powder. 3 Add yogurt and mix until combined to form a shaggy dough ball; Stop as soon as ball forms.DO NOT OVER-MIX or the protein powder will make the bread balls tough. 4 Wet your palms, divide dough into 12 pieces (1-2 Tbsp size) and roll into balls.Dough will be sticky.Place dough balls in pan, leave a little gap in between. 5 Bake for 14 minutes until outside is slightly browned and looks cooked. 6 Let cool a little, top with chocolate sauce, chips or maple syrup and enjoy.View original recipe
