1 Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, vanilla protein powder, and baking powder. 3 Add yogurt and mix until combined to form a dough ball; Stop as soon as ball forms.DO NOT OVER-MIX or the protein powder will make it tough. 4 Divide dough into 10 pieces (1-2 Tbsp size) and roll into balls.Press a depression, place ~4-5 chocolate chips in the middle and cover.
