An easy Protein Fried Ice Cream with cornflakes and protein powder coating for a homemade twist on the Mexican dessert. This healthy no fry fried ice cream is creamy and crunchy and sure to satisfy the cravings!

Shape Ice Cream: 1 Place sheets of plastic wrap on workstation. 2 Scoop up about ½ cup worth ice cream (118g/¼ pint), roll into balls with hands 3 Place balls on plastic wrap, wrap up, secure ball shape and twist end to seal. 4 Place in freezer for about 5 minutes. Coating: 1 In a small food processor, combine corn flakes cereal, unflavored protein powder, vanilla protein powder and almond butter to form coarse crumbly mixture. 2 Transfer to shallow bowl or plate. 3 Take one ice cream ball at a time and roll in protein cornflakes mixture until completely covered. 4 Top with chocolate sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
