1 Use a pizza cutter or serrated knife to cut each slice of bread into 3 sections. 2 In a large shallow bowl or container whisk together almond milk, egg white, vanilla protein powder and cinnamon. 3 Place bread in mixture and let soak for about 3-4 minutes. Flip, and soak other side for another 3-4 minutes. 4 Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low and spray with cooking spray. 5 Place soaked bread on pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook other side for another 2 minutes.Cook in batches if using a small skillet. 6 Serve with choice of toppings.View original recipe
