0 Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 16 cups of a muffin pan. 1 In a bowl, whisk cocoa powder, chocolate protein powders, unflavored protein powder, flour, zero calorie sugar replacement, stevia sweetener, and baking soda. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk and vanilla. 3 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the brownie dense. 5 Add in almond butter/cashew butter and fold.Batter should be thick. 7 Add in chocolate chips, fold again.Do not over-mix. 9 Divide batter among muffin cups. 10 Bake for 15-18 minutes; Toothpick inserted into the center should come out slightly wet.Remove from oven and let cool completely.View original recipe
