cup blueberry

tsp maple syrup

tsp lemon juice
tsp baking powder

tbsp non-fat greek yogurt

tbsp almond milk

oz butter

0 Preheat oven to 350°F. 1 Place blueberries in a bowl, add vanilla protein powder, maple syrup and lemon juice. Toss to coat; Use hands if needed.Transfer to 8-10oz ramekin. 3 Bake 15 min. 4 In another bowl combine flour, unflavored protein powder, vanilla protein powder and baking powder. Mix. 5 Add Greek yogurt, milk and butter, and mix to form thick dough.Place in fridge while blueberries bake. 7 When blueberries are done, scoop 1-2 Tbsp worth of dough and place on top blueberries.Does not have to fully cover or be uniform. 9 Bake for 15 minutes; Cobbler should be golden brown on top and filling bubbling.Cool for 5 minutes!
