0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl, whisk whole wheat pastry flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored powder, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. 2 Add yogurt, milk, cold butter and mix until just combined. 3 Add in chopped apple and mix. 4 Slightly wet palms.Divide dough into 12 pieces and shape into rough lumps. 6 Place on prepared baking sheet; Bake 8 minutes.
