0 Preheat oven to 350°F. 1 Place peaces in a bowl, add vanilla protein powder, lemon juice and cinnamon. Toss to coat; Use hands if needed. 2 Transfer to 8-10oz ramekin.Bake 10-12 min. 3 In medium bowl combine flour, unflavored protein powder, vanilla protein powder and baking powder. Mix.Add Greek yogurt, milk and butter, and mix to form thick dough. 4 Scoop 1-2 Tbsp worth of dough and place on top of apples.Does not have to fully cover or be uniform. 5 Bake for 15 minutes; Cobbler should be golden brown on top. 6 Cool for 5 minutes, top with ice cream and serve!View original recipe
