What you need

cup pretzel twists

tbsp almond butter

tsp maple syrup

cup rolled oats

cup oat flour

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tbsp chocolate chips

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1 Line a 7x5” pan or 8½ x 4½” loaf pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later. Pretzel Base: 1 In a food processor, combine pretzels and unflavored protein powder; Pretzels should be mostly chopped. 2 Transfer to a bowl, add in almond butter and maple syrup and mix. 3 Transfer to prepared pan and press down. Protein Fudge: 1 Process oats, oat flour, chocolate protein powder and cocoa powder in food processor until oats are fine. 2 Transfer to a bowl, add in almond milk and mix. Mixture will be thick. 3 Spread on top of base and use back of spoon/spatula (or wet fingers) to smoothen. 4 Place in freezer to harden about 10 minutes. Chocolate Topping: 1 Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring - for about 45 seconds until completely melted. 2 Spread chocolate on hardened bar (use back of spoon) and top with chopped pretzels. 3 Transfer to freezer to cool about 5-10 minutes. 4 Lift layers out of pan, place on cutting board and using a (warm)sharp knife, slice into 6 bars.View original recipe
