What you need

tsp olive oil

cup sour cream

head lettuce

tsp garlic powder

tsp lemon juice
tsp salt

tsp ground cumin

tsp paprika

cup red onion

tsp jalapeno pepper

cup red bell pepper

tsp onion powder

tsp chili powder
Instructions
Cut pork tenderloin into 1.5 inch pieces, and combine with lemon juice, spices and herbs in a small bowl until evenly coated. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat ¼ tsp oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the onions and peppers for 5 minutes until crisp-tender, and set aside. In the same skillet, heat rest of oil and cook the pork along with excess marinade until meat is no longer pink (about 4 minutes). Set aside. Place each tortilla in turn on on the skillet and cook each side until lightly browned. Divide the filling and place it along the center of the tortilla. Top with lettuce, guacamole and sour cream if desired, fold in the sides of the tortillas and serve!View original recipe
