0 Use a pizza cutter or serrated knife to cut each slice of bread into 4 strips each. 1 In a blender, combine protein powder, milk, egg and egg white.Pour into wide shallow bowl or pot. 3 Add peanut butter and whisk. 4 Place bread in mixture and let soak for about 2-3 minutes. Flip, and soak other side for another 2 minutes. 5 Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low and spray with cooking spray. 6 Place soaked bread on pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook other side for another 2 minutes.Cook in batches if using a small skillet. 8 Serve with powdered sugar, more Peanut Butter and berries or your choice of toppings.View original recipe
