0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 1 Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl - oat flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, peanut butter powder and baking powder. 2 Add applesauce, Greek yogurt, almond milk, peanut butter and mix. 3 Add blueberries and mix again. 4 Divide cookie mixture into 9 on baking sheet (keep 1-2” space).Spread with spoon or spatula and shape into cookies. 6 Bake about 9 minutes - top should be cooked and dry to touch, but still soft. 7 Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.View original recipe
