You guys will love these healthy OREO PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BARS (vegan, macro-friendly) 🤩✨ I made this in collab with the amazing @hayls.kitchen who is a queen at high-protein treats ❤️ Definitely give her some love and check out her pages This recipe is an adaptation of her original recipe using my fave @macr0mike protein powders and a few less ingredients because it’s what I had in my kitchen and I’m all about minimal ingredients 🤭

1. Make the Chocolate Layer: In a bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, oat flour, maple syrup and milk to form a dough. 2. Transfer to prepared container and use a spoon/spatula to press down and spread. 3. Make the Peanut Butter Layer: Stir together butter, protein powder, maple syrup and milk to form a dough. 4. Spread on top of Oreo layer and use back of spoon to smoothen. 5. Top with crushed Oreo cookies - press down firmly. 6. Place in the fridge to firm up (or freezer to firm quicker). 7. Slice into 6 bars and enjoy!View original recipe
