1 Combine protein instant oats, egg white and water in a small blender and blend until smooth; About 20 seconds. 2 Heat a small nonstick pan on medium-low, add coconut oil and swirl to coat. 3 Scoop out about ¼ cup mixture on pan and swirl to spread to form a circle. 4 Cook for about 1-2 minutes until surface is mostly dry and only slightly wet in the center. 5 Flip carefully and cook other side for another minute. 6 Remove from pan and repeat with remaining batter.View original recipe
