0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” x 8” baking dish with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl, whisk chocolate protein powders, cocoa powder, flour, unflavored protein powder, instant coffee, stevia sweetener, and baking soda. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk, peanut butter and vanilla. 3 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined. 4 DO NOT OVER-MIX. 5 Add most chopped Oreo and fold. 6 Batter should be thick. 7 Transfer batter into pan, smoothen with a spatula or back of spoon. 8 Top with remaining chopped Oreo. 9 Bake for 25-27 minutes; Toothpick inserted into the center should come out slightly damp. 10 Sprinkle on Peanut Butter Chips 11 Cool about 10 minutes, remove from pan and let cool completely; Slice into 16 pieces.View original recipe
