0 Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin. 1 In a bowl, whisk chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder. 2 Add almond milk, egg white, mint chocolate almond butter, vanilla, peppermint extract and stir until combined. Batter should be smooth. 4 Add chopped mint chocolate and fold. 5 Pour batter into ramekin. 6 Bake for 12-14 minutes. Top should be mostly set, but still slightly wobbly. It will harden when cool. 7 Let cool for a few minutes, top with more mint chocolate, ice cream, Mint Chocolate Almond Butter and enjoy!View original recipe
