Mexican Tuna Salad

What you need

tsp paprika

tsp ground cumin

tbsp red onion

cup black beans

tsp jalapeno pepper

tbsp red bell pepper

tsp lemon juice
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, cumin and paprika. Throw together tuna, beans, corn, onions and peppers in a large bowl and combine until tuna is flaked and mixed evenly. Add dressing to the large bowl and toss to combine. Serve with tortilla chips, as a filling for paninis or atop salad greens.View original recipe
