What you need

cup steel cut oats

cup water

cup almond milk

cup cauliflower rice
tbsp cacao powder

tsp cinnamon

tsp nutmeg
Instructions
Cook Oats: 1 Bring water and ⅓ cup almond milk to boil in a saucepan. 2 Stir in the oats and bring to a boil again. 3 Cover with a lid, reduce heat to a low simmer, and let cook 20 minutes (or longer if needed) until soft and creamy. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. 4 If oats get too thick, add water to thin it out. Assemble: 1 Place cauliflower rice in a bowl and microwave on high for 1½ minutes until tender. 2 In a large bowl, add cooked oats, cauliflower rice, chocolate protein powder, cacao powder or cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. 3 Pour in about ¼ cup milk and stir to combine.
