Rich and healthy Matcha Protein Banana Bread perfect for a breakfast, snack, dessert or post-workout treat. Green tea matcha chocolate chip banana bread is made with whole wheat pastry flour, protein powder and Greek Yogurt, and has no sugar, oil or butter either!

1 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8½" x 4½" loaf pan with parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together mashed banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, eggs and maple syrup (hand mixer recommended). 3 In another bowl, whisk whole wheat flour, unflavored protein powder, vanilla protein powder, matcha green tea powder and baking powder. 4 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined. DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder and gluten from wheat flour will make the bread dense. 5 Add in chocolate chips, reserving a few for the top. 6 Gently fold until just combined; Again, DO NOT OVER-MIX. 7 Transfer batter to baking pan and top with remaining chocolate chips. 8 Bake for 55-60 minutes, covering with a foil tent after 40 minutes. 9 A toothpick inserted into center should come out dry. 10 Cool for 15 minutes, then lift out of pan using the lining.
