Maple Glazed Tofu

Press tofu between 4-5 paper towels with heavy pots/pans on top. Let drain for 15 min. Cut into ½” cubes. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium, add tofu and cook 3-4 min. Flip and cook other side 3-4 min until lightly golden. Drain extra oil. In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the sauce. Pour sauce into skillet and cook, stirring continuously until it starts to thicken and coat the tofu, 2-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate, drizzle on extra glaze and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.View original recipe
