Light and Crispy Protein Powder Waffles

Protein Powder Waffles are a great way to get that post-workout protein in. Either light and airy or dense and fluffy, they're much better than a regular protein shake!

1 Preheat and lightly grease waffle iron. 2 In a small bowl, combine and uniformly mix protein powder and baking powder. 3 In a large bowl whisk egg, oil and water as required to thin the batter out. 4 Pour half batter into prepared waffle iron. Do not fill it all the way to the top or the batter will spill out. 5 Cook for about 3-4 minutes or according to manufacturer instructions. 6 Remove from waffle iron and repeat with remaining batter.View original recipe
